Littlejohn's principle business is the sale and service of petroleum equipment.  The Service Department maintains 7 radio dispatched service vehicles and performs work 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. 

Normal business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, Mountain Time.  If a job is started during normal business hours and runs into overtime, the work will be invoiced at the two appropriate rates.

Travel time and mileage charges are based on location.  If a location is within 30 miles of one of our Service Centers, one-way travel-time and mileage is charged.  If outside of a 30 mile radius, round-trip travel time and mileage is charged.  Our Service Centers are located in: Denver, Colorado Springs, and Grand Junction.

All scheduled work performed outside of normal business hours will be invoiced under the Special category, as well as being subject to round-trip mileage and travel time charges, regardless of location.

When calls are placed to Littlejohn's outside of our normal business hours, they are received by our answering service.  Service requests may be entered for follow-up on the next business day or response by a technician may be requested.  If a response by a technician is requested, there will be a minimum charge of $25 incurred.
