Littlejohn's Equipment Company was established in 1946 and has operated continuously for over 60 years.  It has had two principle owners, Roy Littlejohn and the current owner, Kendall Johnson.

The current company, Kendall Johnson & Associates, Inc., was established in 1976, dba Littlejohn's Equipment Company.  It is a Colorado corporation with one office in Denver, a branch office in Colorado Springs, and a branch office in Grand Junction.  Littlejohn's has 25 full-time employees.  The company is a member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute and actively participates in all of its functions.  Littlejohn's has employees with training and certification that includes the following:
